You have either chosen one of our professional templates to be customised to suit your requirements or a custom website design. Upon placing your order you will be sent a link to your own online control panel. Here you will complete an online questionnaire for you to answer questions relating to your desired business image, any ideas regarding your style preferences, the target market of your business, etc. This design brief gives our designers a starting point from which to create your initial concepts.
Website content/text needs to be supplied to Powercreations in FINAL Draft. This text needs to match the section/page names that were supplied in the briefing sheet. This enables the designer to have a clear idea of the desired direction of the website.
Payment will also be made from the control panel. As soon as we have received completed brief, logo (if required) and payment we will proceed with the design.
You will be assigned to one of our designers. They will read through your design brief to get an understanding of your business and your requirements. You will then receive 2 concepts. From these you will choose one concept that suits your needs. You may also mix and match certain aspects of the different website design concepts.
Revision stage website concepts: Based on your feedback, the designer will then fine tune your website design. During this revision stage you will work with the designer to perfect your website. Up to 2 minor design revisions are included in your package. Content/text must be received to move to the next step.
After you have approved the artwork we will build the website, you will be sent a test link so that you can view the website and see how it will display once it’s live. We will add the supplied text/imagery, once approved we can move the site “LIVE”!
Please note that the FINAL Draft of all Content/text must be received prior to the site being built. Once you have gone live you have full access to edit the website as you see fit, using Sitebox 3 (CMS). After all, it’s your website!
